31 Reasons To Participate in the 31-Day Dance Challenge

For the month of October, the Arthur Murray studios in Bellevue and Federal Way are doing a 31-Day Dance Challenge to help you become the best dancer you can be! You’ll find a new video every day at the following sites:

If you’re a student at either the Bellevue or Federal Way studios, the challenge involves showing your counselor or supervisor each day’s challenge within two days of it being posted, after which they will validate a 31-Day Dance Challenge punch card. So be sure to come back each day for a new tip. And even if you’re not at one of these studios, be sure to follow along. However, whatever your story, here are 31 reasons why the 31 Day Dance Challenge is the perfect thing for you!

  2. Seems scary? Makes it a good thing to try
  3. You’ll become a better dancer
  4. It’ll help you get more out of your lessons
  5. Work with teachers from another studio
  6. You may have a light bulb moment with particular concepts you find difficult
  7. Learn stretches to reduce the risk of injury
  8. When your teacher references certain dance terms, you’ll already know what they mean

  10. Completing it will give you a sense of accomplishment
